Jo is never happier than when she is in the kitchen producing something delicious to eat for guests and family. Jo studied at Leiths in London in 2001 when she readily admits she couldn’t boil an egg. Now she describes herself as a very good home cook, producing food for each season which is of very high quality, as locally sourced as possible, and most importantly totally delicious.
