Jo is never happier than when she is in the kitchen producing something delicious to eat for guests and family. Jo studied at Leiths in London in 2001 when she readily admits she couldn’t boil an egg. Now she describes herself as a very good home cook, producing food for each season which is of very high quality, as locally sourced as possible and most importantly totally delicious. The Wing at Broadacres is not your usual standard rural retreat by any means! 
It is a luxury fully self-contained suite with its own entrance. Inside,  there's a super king sleigh bed which is supremely comfortable, top quality bedding made of the finest Egyptian cotton and also a choice of pillows if you so wish - all to guarantee a perfect night’s rest!  Breakfast is served in your private little library which is beautifully decorated in Andrew Martin wall paper, with books galore for all tastes and various board games including a chess set.

On fine days you may prefer to take breakfast outside on the Loggia, overlooking the gardens.  Your bathroom has a deep slipper bath, as well as a power shower, and of course a loo. You have piles of white fluffy towels, bathrobes, slippers, filtered water and a selection of grooming products to enjoy.  The Wing also has a 42 inch TV, the latest magazines and a very well-equipped hospitality tray, as well as plenty of wardrobe space and storage. Everything is of the highest quality to make your stay as enjoyable and memorable as possible.
