We have teamed up with Jan Styles who alongside and following a paediatric nursing career, has practiced Aromatherapy and other treatments for over 25 years. Jan is also a Dru Yoga Teacher, specialising in back care and 1 -1 personal sessions and classes. Yoga is perfect for encouraging strength and flexibility naturally and has numerous benefits from the physical needs of sports such as golf to the much needed stillness of the mind that we can all appreciate. Through ongoing study of energetic healing and Spiritual Psychotherapy Jan has gained a deep understanding of how we create health and harmony in our lives so is truly holistic in her approach.

Together, we have created what we think would be a perfect weekend to indulge yourself and take some time out in this beautiful country bolthole…


 

Itinerary

Arrive Friday afternoon / or early evening in time for a 3 course seasonal dinner…

Saturday:

Have a light breakfast of fresh berries, yogurt, and a detox juice.
Early morning Yoga either outside on the lawns, or in the orangery, depending on the weather.
(Jan can teach all levels of yoga, from the complete beginner to the more advanced. Jan will ask you to fill out a short questionnaire, prior to your visit to assess your ability and needs.)
The initial session is for 1 1/4 hours.

After you will have 1 hour aromatherapy massage.. (60 minutes)
A specialised treatment of face and body massage using pure essential oils.
The perfect way to relax and restore inner harmony.

After your busy morning have a delicious Protein brunch, with classics such as smoked salmon and scrambled eggs with rye toast, soft boiled duck eggs with asparagus and bacon soldiers,
or classic Eggs Benedict, served with a choice of fresh juices, and the Saturday papers..

Hour to relax in your room or take a gentle stroll..

One to one personal Yoga Session including numerology and energy analyst..
You will be given a personalised programme to take home with you..

Enjoy chilling out and relaxing with a nourishing protein smoothie, before being spoilt with a

Choice of treatments..

Indulge in a Indian Head Massage.. Feel the amazing effects of the soothing and stimulating techniques used, the ultimate anti-stress massage!!

Maybe the Lavera Uplifting Facial .. The holistic effects of this treatment will leave you feeling energised and relaxed, and your skin ultra -hydrated..
Or
Reiki.. A system of natural healing which channels universal energy to activate the body’s ability to heal itself. Emotional, mental and spiritual well-being are restored..
Or
Neal’s Yard holistic Facial.. This treatment includes a consultation, an exfoliating deep cleanse, skin tonics and spritzes, followed by a nourishing face mask, concluding with a soothing face, neck and shoulder massage. A truly luxurious experience.

To finish your day a freshly prepared 3 course seasonal dinner will be served to you.


Sunday:

After a good night’s sleep, wake to a light breakfast of berries, yogurts and Detox Juice.
Early morning yoga once again for 1 1/4 hours, followed by another 60 minute Aromatherapy massage..

You should by now feel completely re energised and relaxed..

Finish your stay with Sunday Brunch and the papers, before returning restored to the ” real ” world…
